There is a king size bed in the master, a queen in the 1st guest bedroom, and twin bunk beds in the 2nd guest bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a Pack N Play for those traveling with small children. The condo is pet-friendly (<35lbs). Perfect for the whole family getaway.

The condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the breath-taking emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast. The unit is just steps away from the crystal clear sandy beach, approx. 50 yards.

The Ciboney Complex offers a nice area with charcoal grills for grilling with the family with a community pool and tennis courts. The private beach access is located just across Scenic Gulf Drive.

The location of this condo is great! Right across from the beach and close to stores. However, there were not enough towels and wash rags for us unless you want to use the same wash rag every day. There were only 7, and there were 8 of us, so we+ Morewashed rags constantly. Also, there is no skillet to make pancakes in and the cooking utensils are flimsy and food sticks to them. Lastly, there were no sheets to use on the pull out bed in the couch. Overall, the condo is okay.

The condo was amazing!! Everything you needed was available and in excellent condition!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo! The location was perfect.. super easy access to the beach (private) and a short walk to Pompano Joes. The condo was very clean updated and nicely decorated and had a great patio with a view of the+ Moreocean. Plenty of room for our family of four and pet friendly so we could bring our pup. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The place was awesome. It was very clean. Very comfortable. We got there and the next morning I went to make coffee and the glass as pot was broken at the bottom. They had contacted me to see how our stay was going and I just wanted to let them know+ Morethat it wasn’t us that broke it. They apologized and wanted to bring another coffee pot. They are very nice and wants to make sure your stay is great. Beach was close walk. I would definitely recommend this condo. Thank you Christine Duhon

Hello. We enjoyed our stay but the internet connection is very poor. Would recommend looking into this. I could not download checking out protocol due to this. Also the faucet in the master bathroom leaks at the base slightly. And the master shower+ Moredoor closest to the toilet will not stay shut and causes water to get onto the floor when shower is on. Nothing significant, and did not require a call while we were there. Just felt it should be shared. Would also liked to have known a recommendation for beach chair set up company to call since it was not included. We would stay again.

It was a great condo!! Very clean and great access to the beach! Definitely stay there again!

We happen to arrive after a hurricane just come through. Our vacation was awesome! Monica treated us very well. We arrived early and we happened to receive a call from Monica. She told us they were doing some renovating by the door of condo we+ Morewere originally scheduled for and she didn’t want us to have a bad vacation so she upgraded us to a 3 bedroom. The unit we was suppose to be in was a 2 bedroom. Our upgraded condo was unit 3009 and was a beautiful place! The condo was very clean and the views were awesome!

Great rental! Parking was a breeze. I like the concierge carts to help haul you luggage to the condo and of course, the elevator was a life saver on the knees. Keyless entry is great. The bunk room was a tight fit but the kids were in the living+ Moreroom most of the time anyway, due to the TV and where they set up their video games. The condo was decorated beautifully. There were sufficient kitchen items to get our cooking done as we did this a few nights and never felt like we were lacking anything. The pots and pans were great quality and I enjoyed using them. The appliances were very nice. The washer and dryer worked great. I really appreciated the starter soaps and toiletries. The balcony has a nice little view of the water and it was nice to drink coffee in the mornings and look at the water. I'm from Texas so I need my AC and my fan. The 2 other rooms had both and the AC blows nice and COLD. Rooms had plenty of storage space for clothes, even to make up for tight bunk room's lack of storage. There were 2 beach chairs for guest use. We brought our own chairs but I ended up liking the one's provided more. The pool was a nice break from the beach and the kids wanted to go every night. It was never crowded. We didn't use the grill area, but other tenants did and appeared as they were enjoying themselves. There was construction going on at the building but it did not interfere with our stay at all. Any noise was done during business hours. Unfortunately the condo above us had some pretty rowdy kids and the stomping woke us up VERY early in the morning, like 5am. On a rainy day we stayed in the condo relaxing and the stomping was pretty annoying. I appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before entering the condo. The walk to the beach was ridiculously close. Once you get to the parking lot entrance, cross the street, then BOOM- you're at the beach gate. The beach was not crowded at all at the private access area. It was so convenient to be so close in case we forgot or needed something. Next to the condo was a souvenir shop which was handy when we needed floats, SPF and a new snorkel because our broke. Recommendations for condo for future guests: More towels. We had to wash halfway through the stay. More sheets for pullout sofa, or maybe I just couldn't find them? Some hangars for clothes in the closet. Other than that, awesome stay. I would definitely recommend to others and I would definitely stay again!
